NationWide Self Storage Trust (the “Trust”) is pleased to announce that the first tranche of its offering of Trust units was over-subscribed. The Trust issued approximately 65,930 Preferred Trust Units (the “Units”) ($6,593,000) at a subscription price of $100 per Unit.
The Trust is now offering the second tranche of its offering at a price of $110 per Unit for the next approximately 27,272 Units ($3,000,000) and thereafter offering at a price of $120 per Unit for the last remaining units.
The minimum subscription per subscriber is ten thousand dollars ($10,000), on the terms and conditions as described above and in the amended and restated January 24, 2017 Offering Memorandum.
