NationWide I Self Storage Trust Announces Closing on Tuesday, January 31, 2017

NationWide Self Storage Trust (the “Trust”) is pleased to announce a closing on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 of the offering of Participating Preferred Class A trust units (FundSERV Code: CDO NW001) and Class F units (FundSERV Code: CDO NW002) (the “Units”) on a private placement basis pursuant to an offering memorandum dated June 1, 2016 (the “Offering Memorandum”).

All orders, including cheques and fully completed subscription agreements must be submitted to the NationWide Self Storage Subscription Processing Department by end of business day on Tuesday, January 31, 2017  to be included in the closing.

Registered Account Purchase Reminder:
Advisors and agents, please be reminded that the desired purchase amount must be made available in client’s registered account by end of business day on the closing day in order to be included in the closing.
