The Kamloops Offering is Fully Subscribed and is Now Closed

We are very pleased to report that the NationWide Self Storage & Auto Wash Trust (“NationWide“) investment program for our development property in Kamloops, BC was well received by the capital markets and as such we are fully subscribed, and the offering is now closed.

As previously reported, CTA Design Group (“CTA”) has been engaged by NationWide to provide both architectural and engineering services to the Kamloops property.

CTA is experienced in the self-storage industry having designed and engineered several institutional-grade, modern self storage facilities for an industry leader in Western Canada.

Over the past several months we have been working closely with CTA and they have recently reported that the City of Kamloops has requested that the property address be changed from 1485 West Trans-Canada Hwy to a more accurate 1500 Hugh Allan Drive.

CTA continues to monitor the progress of the application to the City of Kamloops for our development permit and building permit and we expect to receive approval within the next few weeks. We anticipate the commencement of construction early this fall with completion targeted for Summer 2019.

The previously existing building on the property has now been demolished and cleared as we wait for the issuance of our building permit.
