NationWide II Self Storage Trust Announces Initial Closing on Friday, June 30, 2017

NationWide II Self Storage Trust (the “Trust”) is pleased to announce that it will have an initial closing on Friday, June 30, 2017 of the current offering of Participating Preferred Class A trust units on a private placement basis pursuant to the May 11, 2017 offering memorandum (the “Offering Memorandum”).

All orders, including cheques and fully completed subscription agreements must be submitted to the NationWide Self Storage Subscription Processing Department by end of business day on Friday, June 30, 2017 to be included in the closing.

Advisors and agents, please be reminded that the desired purchase amount must be made available in client’s registered account by end of business day on the closing day in order to be included in the closing.
