NationWide I Self Storage Trust Announces Final Closing on Friday, April 28, 2017

NationWide Self Storage Trust (the “Trust”) is pleased to announce its final closing will be held on Friday, April 28, 2017.

We anticipate, based on current expressed demand, that total subscription proceeds will be at or around $17.5mm at final closing, which is sufficient equity capital to fully execute our business model for the development of a modern and efficient 60,000 square foot four story self-storage building located at 1223 and 1235 East Pender Street, Vancouver, BC.

This will complete the financing requirements for this project and we do not anticipate a subsequent offering for this specific development site.

All orders, including cheques and fully completed subscription agreements must be submitted to the NationWide Self Storage Subscription Processing Department by end of business day on Friday, April 28, 2017.
