NationWide II Self Storage Trust (the “Trust”) is pleased to announce that the first tranche of its offering of Participating Preferred Trust Units (the “Units”) at $90 per Unit was over-subscribed and is now closed.
The Trust is now offering the second tranche of its offering at a price of $100 per Unit for the next approximately 50,000 Units ($5,000,000).
The minimum subscription per subscriber is ten thousand dollars ($10,000) on the terms and conditions as described above and in the May 11, 2017 Offering Memorandum.
