NationWide Self Storage & Auto Wash Trust (the “Trust”) is pleased to announce that it will have an initial closing on Thursday, March 29, 2018 of the current offering of Participating Preferred Class A trust units on a private placement basis pursuant to the January 25, 2018 offering memorandum (the “Offering Memorandum”).

All orders, including cheques and fully completed subscription agreements must be submitted to the NationWide Subscription Processing Department by end of business day on Thursday, March 29, 2018 to be included in the closing.

Please be reminded that the desired purchase amount must be made available in client’s registered account by end of business day on the closing day to be included in the closing.
